STEP 01
Pick Your Session
Choose a session based on the time and budget that best fits your occasion—whether it’s short and sweet or a full-on adventure, there’s something for everyone!
The Pico - 30 minute session includes 10 digital images
The Remi - 1 hour session included 20 digital images
The Colt - 2 hour session includes 35 digital images
STEP 02
Booking Process
Booking your session is super easy! 🙌
Just choose a date and time that works for you, fill out a quick questionnaire so I can get to know you a little better, and check out using one of the easy built-in payment options.
Once that’s done, you’ll get a confirmation email—boom, you’re officially booked! 🎉
Fine Print:
Upon booking a 50% non refundable retainer fee is due to reserve your date and time.
A remainder invoice will be sent out 1-2 weeks prior to session and is due upon receipt.
If you don't see a specific time that is wanted feel free to reach out and make a request.
STEP 03
Picture Time
It's picture day!!!
Don't worry about that one wild hair sticking straight up, or the wrinkle on the side of your dress... I got you, within reason though y'all! I can dabble in photoshop but I'm no magician!
Kiddos not in the mood??? More often than not, we can turn that frown upside down in no time! So don't fret! Moody kiddos make for some good photos, just sayin. Let those kiddos be kiddos. We were them once back in the day. Remember, life's so rough at their age 🤭
Running late? No worries—life happens! 🕒
If something’s holding you up, just shoot me a quick text to keep me in the loop. Chances are, I’ll be off photographing a bird or two while I wait. 😉
If it looks like you’ll be really late, we may need to reschedule depending on the session type and remaining light—but we’ll figure it out!
Take a deep breath, smile and just have some fun with it! I promise, it won't hurt!
STEP 04
Delivering Photos
Gallery delivery deets! 📸✨
Within 1–2 weeks after your session, you’ll get an email letting you know your full gallery is ready to view and download—cue the happy dance! 💃
If you gave the green light for social media when filling out your questionnaire, keep an eye on Facebook… a little sneak peek of my favorite shots will pop up in about 3–5 days.
Not into the social thing? Totally cool—you’ll still get the full gallery, just with a little extra anticipation. 😉
Viewing + Downloading Your Images 📥📸
Click the gallery link in your email to view all the beautiful moments from our session! Downloading your favorites is super easy—just tap the little download arrow, pick where you want them saved, and boom—they’re yours.
Your session includes a set number of downloads, but if you fall in love with more (hey, it happens!), you can add extras to your cart and follow the simple checkout prompts right from the gallery store.
Sharing is caring—anyone you send the gallery link to can also view and purchase images!
Can’t choose and want all the photos? You’ll get a special discounted full-gallery rate! I’ll send over a separate invoice, and once it’s paid, I’ll unlock the full gallery for download.

Pick Your Faves + Social Media Sneak Peeks 💛📲
If you opted to preview your images before I share them on social media (thanks for letting me know in the questionnaire!), now’s your chance to tell me which ones are good to go.
Just create a Photographer’s Favorites list in your gallery and start selecting! A pre-made "Favorites" list is already set up for you too—just tap the little heart icon on any image you love.
Anyone with your gallery link can create their own lists as well, so feel free to share the love! And honestly? I’m a total sucker for seeing which moments spoke to you most. 💫
Let’s Talk Edits ✨
I keep things real around here—no heavy retouching or editing beyond the scope of reality. (Yep, that means double chins and laugh lines are staying put—we’re human, and that’s beYOUtiful!)
What you can expect: gentle, natural enhancements that highlight you, all in the signature style of yours truly, aka Tab Betts Photography. So it looks like you may have just gotten your teeth whitened (super subtle) or that blemish that popped up overnight disappeared. Nothing too crazy, y'all!
If you have a special request that fits within that vibe, just reach out! I’m happy to see what I can do. Any edits will be added as a new collection in your gallery within 1–2 days.
